Over the summer of 2023, I worked on this video campaign for our HR Department. 

The main objective was to recruit more top talent into our internship program by showcasing Moss's culture and the experience that past interns have had.

I oversaw the entirety of the project, from writing the Creative Brief, to Project Timeline creation, Logistics, Scripting of Interview Questions, approving Storyboards, Directing Production, and Reviewing Drafts. The video team at RDLB did a great job filming and editing these videos.

In total, we created a 2 minute video for the Moss careers webpage, a 2:30 minute version to play at career fairs, and five 30 second videos for Moss social media.
